21 days to go....

3 weeks to go and the nerves are starting to set in. I've done as much long training as I'd planned since Christmas with 2 x 20 mile events. During 2016 I ran my first ever 10k, followed by another a month later and then I got the running bug. Over the year I ran 4 half marathons at different events. Steve gave me some really good advice this time last year ahead of my first half marathon. Over the next 3 weeks I need to keep fit, keep well and not get injured.....
